Alexander Education Group has a Homestay Accommodation service for international, interstate and rural students who are in need of assistance with accommodation for the duration of their studies at Murdoch College, Murdoch Language Institute or Murdoch Institute of Technology. This service is unique to the Group and is an integral part of the life of the Group’s institutions.

The Alexander Education Group program is administered by a dedicated team who work closely with the Student Support network. The families in the program meet rigorous selection criteria and become part of the Institution’s community.

Living in homestay with a local family is a culturally enriching experience for international students. It assists them in acquiring an understanding of the Australian way of life and it helps them develop and strengthen their language skills.

For students transferring from rural Western Australia and interstate, homestay provides a sound and secure home base, enabling students to adjust to College life and the city within a friendly family environment.
